This article will guide you through activating your Again Again scan station. This is a necessary security step, and once completed, you will shortly be able to begin lending returnable containers.
Let's do this:
1. Find the ID on your scan station
It is usually attached to the underside of the top plate and looks like this:
The ID is either 4 or 8 numbers and letters [left-side image above], or on some labels, the ID is the last four letters [right-side image above].
Note: You do not need to scan the QR code to activate the station.
2. Log in to your vendor dashboard, using the same email address and password as you use for your user-account in-app. [How to login to your Vendor dashboard].
Note: It's easier to do this on a laptop or desktop computer, rather than a phone.
Here's the web address to login to your vendor dashboard:
If you logged-in to your Again Again phone-app user account using Google, Facebook, or Apple, use that login info instead.
3. In your vendor dashboard navigate to the "Activate scan station" page, and enter the scan station ID
4. Select your site to link the scan station:
If you don't see any locations you might be logged in with a different account to the one you registered with us. Try logging in with your other Again Again app email address and password.
4. Click the "Submit activation" button and confirm your selection
All done!
It might take up to 2 business days for the scan station to activate but it's often much quicker. We'll email you once the station is activated, at the email address associated with your vendor account.
