This article will help you access the Vendor Dashboard.
The vendor dashboard shows consolidated borrow/swap/return data transacted via your Again Again scan station enabled location/s. You will be able to track in real-time all borrow/return/swap transactions from your venue(s), and a few other interesting things like; free hot drinks vouchers redeemed.
At this stage, only one email address can gain access to the vendor dashboard.
First, ensure that your account has been set up:
You'll need a user account to be able to access the vendor dashboard.
This needs to be set up with the same email address that you have registered your location with. If you have not already done that, start here: (Note - some registrations will have required that you have already created this - in which case skip directly to accessing the dashboard.)
- Download the Again Again app on your NFC-enabled iOS or Android phone.
- Set up a user account in the app, ensuring that you use the same email address as you have completed your vendor registration with.
It is possible that our customer service team will have set up an account on your behalf when your vendor location was being established. If this is the case, you will have received an email notification notifying you of this.
Next, access the Vendor Dashboard
- Go to https://app.againagain.co/
- Sign in using your user account.
