The terms of use of Again Again's borrow app will only allow you to remove your payment method if you have no containers on loan, as during a loan period your card offers us the assurance that either the container will come back, or that you will cover the replacement cost of it if it doesn't.
As such, you will need to contact us directly to remove a card. Please complete this request. A link to this form is available in the accounts page.
The app will allow a user to add another card in place of the one we currently hold. This can be done by the user from the accounts page.
If you wish to remove your card, please ensure that all containers have been returned. If they are not, you will incur the replacement cost of these, prior to the removal of the card.
