Borrow periods
For Again Again containers:
Again Again has set the borrow period at 14 days for our own branded containers.
For other containers:
Borrow periods for containers from other providers in the Again Again system may vary, so please check the details for each container type. When you borrow any containers in-app you’ll see clearly how long you’ve got to borrow them, what the customer hold is, and what the customer charges will be if they come back late or not at all. See below.
Visualised on your shelf:
When you have containers on loan, they will show on your shelf. The green background on the image will deplete proportionally to the time that remains.
Notifications
We will send you an email and an in-app notification to remind you to return, three days prior to the end of your loan period.
If it is relevant to your container, we will send another one three days prior to the end of the extra time period.
