Again Again's platform is FREE, provided that the cup or container that you borrow is returned to the system during the free loan period.
However, if we have loaned you a valuable container and you don't return it, then eventually charges will be made.
We don't want to charge you and encourage you to get the containers back so they can continue t be used, again and again.
Extra time charge
If you fail to return the container by the end of the free loan period, most containers are set to give you an extra time period. This is $3 +standard credit card processing fees.
You will get an extension of 7 days on your free loan period.
Replacement charge
If you still fail to return the container, we will assume it to have been kept or lost and will charge you a replacement fee. You now own the container.
Each container is different, therefore the replacement fees vary as well. You can find these details in the app:
